The author, a Law Commissioner for England and Wales, argues that, following the example of the Bill to abolish feudal tenure now before the Scottish Parliament, it is time for major reform of the relics of feudalism still prevailing on English law. Published in Amicus Curiae - Journal of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and its Society for Advanced Legal Studies. The Journal is produced by the Society for Advanced Legal Studies at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
