Family law – Claims under the Inheritance Act by adult children – the law after Snapes v Aram


This paper seeks to examine claims by adult children under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in the light of the decision of the Court of Appeal in Snapes v Anam, the Times, 8 May 1998.
