Report from the SALS Working Group on the interdiction of terrorist property. The report comprises papers from four sub-groups: one reviewing international developments; the next examining the impact of initiatives on financial institutions (compliance issues); another looking at the enforcement issues including international cooperation; and the final group assessing the impact on other areas of law.
