Abstract
Letter to the Times, written in response to accusations contained in correspondence of the Rio de la Plata published in the 16 February edition of the Times and reproduced in a Paris journal, which commented on the 'tyrant' of the Rio de la Plata, General Urquiza's treatment of Argentine soldiers, the cowardice of Brazilian sailors on the Parana river, and how Uruguay is becoming a vassal of the Empire of Brazil. Published Paris le 20 Février 1852
