Pamphlet written in response to the papers 'El amante de la constitucion', signed A. R., and the proclamation and re-establishment of the 1812 liberal Spanish Constitution in March 1820 by Ferdinand VII, and 'Censura de un Liberal', and the opponents of the constitution.
