Retelling of the 1526 Paraguayan story of Mangora, Cacique de Timbuez, and the Spanish wife of Sebastian de Hurtado. Followed by 'Noticias de Europa. Algeciras 23 de Julio de 1801', 'Montevideo 28 de Abril. Entradas de Embarcaciones', detailing the names of arriving and departing ships and their cargoes, and 'Salidas', reporting the departure for Spain of the frigate 'Asuncion'. The author's name is possibly a pseudonym for Eugenio del Portillo. Possibly published Buenos Aires, 1802
