Message from the provincial government of Buenos Aires to the Asamblea General Legislativa, commenting on the pact of 11 November 1859 which incorporated Buenos Aires into the rest of Argentina, the latest developments of various government departments, the Department of Finance, customs, imports, exports, storage and slinging, goods lost or damaged in office, direct contribution, stamped paper, various income, expenses, obligations to the National Government, the loan of London, public debt funds, the depreciation of paper money, the provincial bank, the Western Railway, budgets, the department of War and Navy and territorial borders. Signed Bartolomé Mitre, Pastor Obligado, Norberto de la Riestra and Juan A. Gelly y Obes. Possibly published Buenos Aires, 30 April 1861. Followed by a table, 'Contaduria General.
