Abstract
British lease agreement to the US for military bases in specific areas of land and water in Newfoundland. It includes the area of leased territory such as St John's, rights and priveleges of lease as pertaining to commercial utilities, rights of anchorage, freedom from duties and imposts and details of the jurisdiction of the US military regarding naval personnel.
