US version of the lease agreement between HMG and US for US bases on certain areas of land and water on St. Lucia. It includes details of enumerated rights and priveleges of lease with regard to commercial utilities, rights of anchorage, freedom from duties and imposts, and military jurisdiction of US personnel.
