I shall be glad if you v/ill make enquiries of your legal adviser with a view to ascertaining the reply v/hich should be returned to the questions raised in the Treasury Solicitor's letter. 3. I should be glad to receive a reply by telegraph to these enquiries. 4. A copy of this despatch has been sent to His Majesty's Representatives at The Hague, Brussels, Berne, Stockholm, Oslo, Budapest and Buenos Aires.
