Distance Approximate tine 800 miles 7 hours WEDNESDAY. 2 OCTOBER Depart for Bahama Area employing two patrol planes for transportation. One plane may transport Admiral Groenslade, General Covers and their aides to Nassau for exchange of calls on the Governor of the Bahama group if neces- sary. The remainder of the Board proceed Eleuthera direct. First group join second group at Eleuthera. On completion of inspections and brief conference proceed Guantanano Cuba as may be directed, observing Cat Island, etc., en route. Transport cruiser arrive Guantanano before 1600. If/fcSffi1'Ifoard embark on arrival then proceed to Kingston, Jamaica. Patrol planes remain Guantanano. Distances Time. Board conduct inspections, flying over Black River country if deened useful. SUNDAY. 6 October Transport cruiser and Patrol planes at Portland Bight. Cruiser trans- port 3oard to Kingston for conference, if necessary- Cruiser proceed to Trinidad. Patrol pieces proceed San Juan or as arranged. Distance Tine Port au Spain - St. Lucia - 210 niles 12 hours Note: Obtain diplonatic pernission to fly over St. Lucia and Antigua prior to anchoring, if desired. FRIDAY. 18 October Cruiser and Patrol planes arrive St. Lucia. Exchange of calls, con- ferences, and inspections, as necessary. Cruiser departs for Antigua.
