Many thanks for your letter of the 5th of
January in which you enclosed a draft note of the
discussion about Pacific Islands.
I have only one amendment to suggest -
"recommended" should "be substituted for "decided" in
the second line of paragraph 8.

Seal and Shuckburgh.
