V/ith reference to the questions suggested for
discussion at the New Zealand Conference on Pacific
Islands matters which the Dominions Office have sent to
the New Zealand Government, I enclose a draft of an
Kfcs SC. note prepared in the Air Ministry for
submission to the I.A.C.C. with a view to assisting
the Committee to decide the instructions which should
be given to the United Kingdom representatives in
regard to civil aviation matters.
As the Committee meets next Y/ednesday, would you
very kindly let me know by tomorrow - a ring on the
telephone will do - whether you have any amendments or
additions to suggest to the draft note?
