The sub-Committee had before them I.A.C. Papers
Nos. 510 and 510A and considered the questions outlined
in these documents from the point of view of providing
instruction to the United Kingdom representatives at the
Pacific Conference.
The recommendations of the Sub-Committee are
contained in the Memorandum attached.
