of Hew Zealand has sent me a copy of his telegram to the
Secretary of Stats for Dominion Affairs dated January 22nd
in which he suggests that Conference shall "begin in March.
As you will see from my letter to Acheson of January 14th
I have arranged to "be awp.y from May 24th to early August in
the Western Pacific and I could consequently conveniently
attend the Conference in March and/or April-
