Dear Boyd Shannon,
There is one point about the forthcoming
Conference on Western Pacific matters which we wish
to clear up.
Copies of the Foreign Office and of the
Colonial Office memorandum have gone direct to
Sir Harry Luke and should reach him before he leaves
Fiji.       If by any chance they do not arrive in time
could you please let him have copies of them, as of
all the other memoranda prepared here for the United
Kingdom representative at the Conference?
