inform New Zealand Govex-nment that Royal Wavy representatte
will be Sir Bagnor Colvin and Royal Air Force
representative Sir Arthur Longmore.     Longmore is
proposing to leave New Zealand about 24th April and it is
hoped that it will "be possible to arrange Conference
proceedings so that main defence discussions will be
completed by the time when he leaves.
