His Majesty's tfovernment in New Zealand express
their thanlss for information contained in your Secret
telegram of the 20th Karoh and would wish to inform His
Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom that by
arrangement with His Majesty's Government in the Commonwealth
of Australia and, in view of information which has been
supplied to them by the United Kingdom High Commissioner in
New Zealand as to dates of arrival and departure of
delegates, the date for the opening of the Conference has
been fixed at April 14-th.
Statement to this effect will appear in loth
Australia and Kew Zealand in the morning press to-morrow
&arch 23rd.
