I should he very grateful if you would let ne know as soon as possible whether you concur in its terms. The War Office have undertaken to consider the provision of arms in a number of cases - e.g. for the new companies of the ?i;Ji Defence Force, for the proposed company In Tonga, and for Ocean Island. If you feel that it would be of advantage to have a discussion on these points, I will gladly make the necessary arrangements for this. I am writing similarly to Gilbert,Poster, Dixon and Budgen.
