All the Departments concerned have now
concurred generally in the terms of our draft telegram
to Pijit concerning which you wrote to me in your letter
D.255/20 of the 23rd June.     The draft has heen amended
to incorporate minor additions, deletions or alterations
suggested by Departments:    and a copy of the telegram
as cent is "being communicated to you officially.
May I take it you will let us know, with
reference to paragraph (a) (iv) and(vi) in the telegram
when it will he appropriate for the Governor to approach
the New Zealand Government as regards the construction
of the landing grounds?
