note Mo* MS of the 18th August, I have the honour under
instructions from His fcajesty's Principal Secretary of
State for Foreign Affairs to transmit to you herewith
MO certified and two uncertified copies of the Inter-
national Convention concerning Exemption from Taxation
on Fuel and Lubricants used in Air Trafflo which was
concluded in London on the lot March 1989.
X a* instructed at the same time to inform
70* that the accession of Denmark to the Convention was
notified to the Foreign Office on the 17th July, 19S9, in
accordance with Article 5 of the Convention, and to state
that the reservation In respect of Poland included In the
Annex to the Convention was withdrawn by o note from the
Polish Ambassador dated the 80th May, 1989*
