Excellency:
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your
J note no. 389 of September 12, 1939 transmitting one certi-
fied and two uncertified copies of the International Con-
vention concerning Exemption from Taxation on Fuel and
at
Lubricants used in Air Traffic wM,ch was sf
London on March 1, 1939 by the respective plenipotenti-
aries of the United States of America and other countries*
You at the same time informed the Government of the
United States of America that the accession of Denmark
to the Convention was notified to the British Foreign
Office on July 17, 1939 in accordance with Article 5 of
the Convention and that the reservation in respect of
Poland Included in the Annex to the Convention was
withdrawn
