Memorandum
The members of the Italian Military Mission to
Ecuador which the Ecuadoran Government wishes to have
return to Italy, are as follows:
Colonel Mattiolo de Belfiore
Major Ugo Pietrantonio
Major Pietro Salvestroni
Lieutenant Ricardo Pratti
Lieutenant Renzo Delmonte
These officers are understood to have a total
of five members of their families who would return
to Italy with them.
