My dear Mr. Butler:
KT,
I have received your letter of October 17 in which
you state that the authorization granted by the British
Government to the War Department to take aerial photo-
graphs of the central group of the Lesser Antilles has
been extended to include British Guiana.
This information has been forwarded to the War
Department together with your observations concerning
the lack of facilities for the landing of land aircraft
in British Guiana.
