correspondence regarding the
activities of the Ghedr party, I
transmit to you herewith a copy of
a letter from the India Office
requesting that the United states
Government may be approached with
a view to the prevention or the
restriction of the circulation of
the Ghedr organ the "Hindustan Ghadri
2.      Should you see no objection
to such e course I shall be
grateful if you will act on lines
indicated in the fourth paragraph
of the Indie Office letter.
