My dear Mr. Butler:
December 31. 1940
I have received your letter of December 23 in which
you were good enough to inform me that the authorities of
your Government accede with pleasure to the request of the
War Department of the United States to make flights for
the purpose of aerial photography over Jamaica, the
Bahamas, Newfoundland, Bermuda, and Trinidad. You
add that the question of similar flights over British
Honduras continues to receive the consideration of your
Government.
