The Undersigned having met together
for the purpose of exchanging the
Ratifications of a Treaty signed at
Washington on the sixth day of September,
1940, between His Majesty The King of
Great Britain, Ireland and the British
Dominions beyond the Seas, Emperor of
India, in respect of the Dominion of New
Zealand and the President of the United
States of America amending in their
application to New Zealand certain
provisions of the Treaty for the
Advancement of Peace signed at Washington on
the 15th September, 1914, end the
respective Ratifications of the said
Treaty having been found in due form, the
exchange took place this day.
In witness whereof they have signed
the present Certificate.
