My dear Mr. Butler:
I have received your letter of March 26,
1941 enclosing a telegram from the Prime
Minister of^New Zealand forwarding a resolu-
tion passed at a meeting held in Wellington
on March 16.    I have sent to the President
a copy of the Prime Minister's telegram as
requested in your letter.
It will be greatly appreciated if you
would convey to the Prime Minister of New
Zealand the President's appreciation of his
