(A 2598/102/45) i-u^ ^ 9* My Lcpa, V I transmit to Your Lordship herewith The King's Ratification of the Treaty between His Majesty The King on behalf of the Dominion of New^Zealand and the President of the United States of America amending the Treaty for the advancement of peace between the United States and the United Kingdom of 15th September 1914, which was signed at Washington on the 6th September 1940; and I request that you will exchange His Majesty's Ratification against a similar Instrument on the part of the president of the United states of America in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of bhe Treaty. 2. The Exchange of Ratifications should be recorded by means of a signed Certificate in the usual form, of which a draft is enclosed herewith as a model. 3. When completed, the British copy of the Certificate of Exchange should be forwarded to this office, together with the United States Ratification.
