I have the honour to inform you that I have received The King's Ratification of the Treaty between the Dominion of New Zealand and the United States of America, which was signed at Washington on 6th September, 1940, amending the Treaty for the Advancement of Peace between the United Kingdom and the United States of 15th September, 1914, and I have been instructed by His Majesty's Principal Secretary of 3tate for Foreign Affairs to exchange His Majesty's Ratification against a similar instrument on the part of the President of the United states of America in accordance with the provisions of Article k of the Treaty, I am therefore prepared to proceed to the exchange of Ratifications of the above Treaty at whatever time may be deemed convenient.
