I enclose the latter instrument herewith together with the British copy of the Protocol of Exchange. 2. Ratifications were also exchanged at the same time "between Mr. Hull on the one hand and the Australian Minister and Canadian Charge d?Affairee on the other of the similar treaties signed on the 6th of September, 19U0, "between the United States and the Commonwealth of Australia and the Dominion of Canada.
