be given in this connection to the possibilities of
dealing with British subjects of military age in the
U.S. who were not employed in any British Mission, It
was agreed that though the Council had no jurisdiction
in the matter it might, after consideration of its
own position, raise the subject in discussion with the
British Embassy.
