Many thanks for your letter No. 364.
I enclose herein a copy of our telegram
to the Foreign Office No. 242 Saving of August 19th,
As regards the Index of volunteers you will see
that this is in process of compilation at the
British Information Services in New York.   I have
no doubt they will be glad to let you have a look
at it and I would suggest that you have a word
with Poster on the subject as he has been taking
a particular interest in it.
