Dear Hoyer Millar,
You may recall that you wrote us on August
9th with regard to a Turkish Staff Mission which was
then reported to be en route to the U.S.A.   We had
previously indicated that two officers of this Mission
might be acting on behalf of the enemy.
We have now heard from London that no such
Mission has departed for the U.S.A., but possibly you
have already received this news.    Therefore the matter
which we raised in the first^instance is no longer a
problem.
