Mr Valentine Anthony Lewis POWELL. Born 9 November 1939, Winchester. Educated at Winchester College. Chartered Accountant at Spicer & Pegler (1963); joined stockjobbers C.D. Pinchin in 1965. Became a member of the Stock Exchange in 1966. Date of recording: 9 March 1990.
