By using SAS-SPACE, you signify that you have read and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use SAS-SPACE. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to or remove any of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the organisation and layout of SAS-SPACE are owned or controlled by the University of London. Subject to the following paragraph, no part of SAS-SPACE may be reproduced or stored in any other web site or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the prior written consent of the University of London.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the specific items stored on the site are the property of the individual contributors or their employers. You are permitted to access, print, download or deal with items from SAS-SPACE only in accordance with the conditions contained in the licence associated with the item concerned.

The website design and all of the design elements included in this website are the full copyright and intellectual property of the University of London and Wildwood Creative. Neither the design, nor any elements of the design, may be used or reproduced in any way without written permission by the University of London and Wildwood Creative.

2. Service Access

Whilst the University of London will seek to ensure that the services offered by this site are continuously available, the University of London shall not be liable if for any reason SAS-SPACE is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to SAS-SPACE may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of the University of London.

3. Liability

  2. warrants that the work is the Contributor.s own original work and does not infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property right of any other person or body
  3. warrants that the work contains nothing which is defamatory, obscene, blasphemous, libellous, or which constitutes a breach of confidence or breach of privacy, or which is otherwise unlawful.
