London Stock Exchange oral history: interview with Graham Ferguson

Interview with Mr Graham FERGUSON. Born 20 May 1934, Buckinghamshire. Educated at Winchester College. Jobber at Wedd Jefferson and subsequently Wedd Durlacher. Became a member of the Stock Exchange in 1956. Date of recording: 26 April 1990. The interview includes as an appendix (Tape 3 side 1) of a speech given by Mr Ferguson to the Churchill Club, Chichester on 27 November 1987 on jobbing and the changes to the Stock Exchange brought about by 'Big Bang'. Access to the interview and transcript is restricted, but both may be consulted by appointment at the Institute of Historical Research. Contact
