Moving a company's COMI to achieve a restructuring: factors for consideration

This article sets out the main factors for establishing a company's centre of main interests ("COMI") and considers what should be done in order to successfully move the COMI to another jurisdiction, particularly within the European Union. Published in Amicus Curiae – Journal of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.
