Additional Information:	Salvador Marti i Puig is a Researcher and Lecturer in Politics in the Department of Political Science and Public Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). In 1994-95 he was Honorary Research Fellow in the Institute of Latin American Studies, University of London and is currently Visiting Research Fellow in the Instituto de Historia de Nicaragua y Centroamerica (INCA-UCA).
