Private international law – Pakistan: seminal judgment in Hitachi v Rupalo Polyseter


The authors assess a judgment made by the Supreme Court of Pakistan which decided the scope of jurisdiction of Pakistan courts over international arbitration where the law governing the arbitration agreement is that of Pakistan. Article by M.J.
