Report on the cross border movement of children
Report by a Working Group of practitioners and academic lawyers who have expertise in family law, and an interest in and commitment to that field of law. The papers take a contemporary view of problems and issues relating to the cross border movement of children. They cover a wide range of topics including international child abduction, international adoption, EC law, Shari'a law, immigration and movement of children for abusive purposes.
