Michael Carlisle SARGENT. Born 30 August 1942, Fulmer, Bucks. Educated at Marlborough College. Became member of Stock Exchange in 1964; partner in G.D. Atkin; merged with Akroyd & Smithers. Member of the 'Jobbers Committee'. Managing Director of Warburg Securities, 1990.
