Abstract
Brian WINTERFLOOD. Born 31 January 1937, West Ham, London. Educated Frays College, Uxbridge. Joined stockbrokers Greener Dreyfus & Co in 1953. Joined stockjobbers Bisgood Bishop & Co in 1957. Became member of the Stock Exchange in 1966. Partner 1967-71, Director, 1971-86, Managing Director 1981-86 of Bisgood Bishop. Instrumental in the establishment of the Unlisted Securities Market (USM) in 1980, earning the title 'Mr USM'. Managing Director of County Bisgood in 1985. May 1988 forms Winterflood Securities. The 'doyen of jobbers'.
