Abstract
Interview with Richard (Dick) DAVIE. Born 17 January 1913, Claygate, Surrey. Educated at Taunton School and Switzerland. Joined father's firm, Lemon Brothers first working in the office, then 'blue button' and authorised clark. Became a member of the Stock Exchange in 1935. Partner with George M Hill & Co (1948), subsequently merged with Wedd Durlacher.
