Abstract
Article by Dr Peter Walton, Reader in Law and Director of the Legal Practice Course, University of Wolverhampton. The author looks at media and public debate around the increasing use of pre-packed administration ("pre-pack") in the handling of insolvency cases in the UK and considers in particular whether the reactions of the regulator and profession have gone far enough to counter fully the criticisms levelled at pre-packs.
