Abstract
At a colloquium held to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 1958 UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards the influence of the Convention, its past and future were reviewed. Professor Adams of Queen Mary, University of London summarises the speakers’ papers.
