Insolvency – Litigation: funding and procedural difficulties

Professor David Milman (Herbert Smith Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law, University of Manchester) looks at the procedural aspects and financial constraints upon enforcing insolvency legislation following from reforms introduced in 1985-1986.
