Abstract
Government report presented at the eleventh session of the Legislature of the Province of Buenos Aires, commenting on developments in foreign and domestic affairs, including the resolution of the affair concerning the American warship the 'Lexington' on the Isla de la Soledad, the repopulation of the Malvinas islands, the admittance of a British consul, the preliminary convention of friendship and commerce established by the Consul General of France, the confirmation of friendly relations with Chile, Columbia and Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay and the provinces of Argentina, justice reform, the police, education, the native population, the army, government departments and the financial situation.
