Despatch sent from Joaquín Blake to the senior Secretary of State and the War Office, detailing Napoleon's campaigns in Valmaseda and other Spanish towns. Followed by 'Articulo de la Coruña del Sabado 26 de Noviembre', a proclamation from Zaragoza dated 30 September 1808, signed Joséph Palafox y Melci, and 'Contextacion', signed 'El Madrileño'
