Abstract
Message from the military chiefs, including Félix Olazábal, to the people of Buenos Aires, giving reasons to justifty their actions against the governor, Manuel Dorrego, which include the government's ruin of the Banco Nacional, public credit and loans, the nation's immense debt and depleted public resources, and the neglect of the army. Signed Félix Olazábal, Isaac Thompson, Juan Pedernera and others, dated 6 December 1828, possibly published Buenos Aires 1828
